The decade-long battle waged by the Mubarak family has come to an end following the recent ruling of the General Court of the European Union, once again finding that the measures imposed by the EU Council were unlawful from the outset, as well as the dismissal order of the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland fully exonerating Alaa and Gamal Mubarak after an 11-year criminal investigation.
