On Wednesday 19 May 2021, our Partner Alain Bruno Lévy chaired the seminar organised by Academy and Finance on the consolidated supervision of financial groups. On this occasion, experts (Philippe Ramuz, FINMA; Emmanuel Genequand, PricewaterhouseCoopers; Sophie Morin, Deloitte; Michèle Wassmer, Borel & Barbey; Martine Samuelian, Jeantet) discussed practical issues involved in the implementation of consolidated supervision (in particular, jurisdiction and tasks of regulators, governance within groups, AMLA requirements, information flows within the group).
